I need leave of absence from work. is there any way you can approve it with sedgwick? getting horrible migraines need to adjust to new medication?

This is the HT public site where volunteer docs offer answers to health questions. We do not offer notes, prescriptions or other forms of treatment. Such notes become legal documents that must withstand scrutiny in court or by the state medical board. Providing them without a proper history,exam & vita signs can result in loss or restriction of a medical license. Call your doc & schedule a visit.

Only a doc that is involved in your care can issue such papers for work as they have proper documentation of your condition, work up, treatments tried. Always remember to call respective office (s) timely as retrospective leave of absence papers cannot be issued either.
