I was diagnosed with a complex migraine in which ive had for almost nine weeks now. i get pain all over my body. no pain medication works, ive tried imitrex, ibuprofen etc. the doctor gave me vitamins do you think theyll work?

See a neurologist. You appear to have Chronic Daily Migraines, and the described medications are essentially useless in breaking up the patterns. Get a second opinion and deal with your issues directly.
