My cholesterol is 251 my echocardiogram was ok 16 months ago doctor says she hears a murmur, i do have a few symptoms that may suggest it, but could be copd? my blood pressure is normal i am under weight, so confused to know what it all means???

This means you have high cholesterol and a murmur. Some murmurs are important & worrisome and some not. You sort this out with a doc who knows your case /history well. The cited information is not specific to any particular condition.
