i have no symptoms or irregular heart beat. normal blood pressure and good heart rate. why would i have a heart murmur?

Sometimes it's norma: Not all heart murmurs are an evidence of pathology and they could represents a normal variance they are usually called functional murmurs. There are also many other causes of murmurs that aren't related to the heart... Could be caused from anemia or pregnancy.
