If you had a HealthTap virtual consult, and the doctor was giving you a prescription, the prescription would go directly to the pharmacy you chose once the doctor completed the note. So, check to see if the note is done and then call your pharmacy. If you need a prescription, you would need to do a virtual consult on HealthTap (not free) or call your doctor. Good luck!
