You can call the dermatologist's front office for refills or you can ask your pharmacist to contact the doctor office for you. My patients do that all the time.

Call your dermatologist to get a refill on your prescription. If it gets worse or you develop cellulitis you may require an oral antibiotic and your primary care should be able to help you with this.
