Good evening, i go for my regular mammograms and always clear however recently when ive put cream on my body ive felt a small bump 5 fingers from my armpit towards the breast, my concern is i dont want to be overreacting as i get spots there too?

Any new mass: should be checked by your doctor, possible ultrasound and XMG as well.
