I have a ringworm spot on my arm that has now spread onto my ribcage and breasts, i am breastfeeding my 3 month old and am having awful anxiety as to weather or not this is ok? i am currently using otc cream for ringworm?

You should continue to breast feed you baby and make sure your baby's clothes are separated from your used (not yet washed) clothes. OTC cream won't hurt your baby via breast milk.
