Pain : Pain is a symptom that you experience. If you have no pain, and didn't tell your doctor you have pain, it probably shouldn't be on the request. The "fullness" is a finding on the doctor's physical examination. It is somewhat of a nonspecific term....you should discuss this finding with your doctor. If he/she felt something, you should know the details.
