I was eating pizza, & breathed down what felt like a very small piece of crust, coughed for about 15 minutes, i don't know if it was removed or not, but i feel a mild tickle in my lungs on occasion when i breathe, making me want to cough?

Most likely still a bit of irritation from pizza crust. Or if a bit of spicy sauce could also be reason

Try not to suppress the cough, watch for fever and worsening cough/shortness of breath. Drink soothing fluids and please follow up if the symptoms worsen or linger.
