Go to urgent care: It's cheaper. You may have pleurisy- inflammation of the lining of the lungs from bronchitis, asthma, viral/bacterial infection. Other remote possibilities include pneumonia(usually presents with cough, fever, chills), clot in the lungs(pulmonary embolism(will present with fast breathing, shortness of breath and same symptoms as above, you need a chest ct scan to rule this out) hope u feel better.
