Your cardiac function appears significantly impaired.Assume hypertension is the likely cause. Multiple medications are commonly needed and ma sometimes complicate the issue by causing side effects. Dizziness and near blackouts could be from diuretics and could sometimes be helped by cautiously liberalizing fluids. Your cardiologist may be able to adjust your medications and this could help.
