Go to ER: These are not typically related. Chest pain and shortness of breath should result in a trip to the er.

Yes: All of these symptoms can be related to migraines as well as triptans, the medications used to treat migraines. However, these symptoms can be the sign of many other serious illnesses so please see your doctor.
