If my parents are arguing everyday, and i don't have the ability to move out, and the real issue is my dad, what can i do? they don't fight, but they argue and i'm worried about my mom's mental well being. it's depleting drastically daily?

If your father is disagreeing on small stuff, then your mother will have to learn that live with it. If he is cheating or drinking, then ignoring and keep him safe will make your mother peaceful. If you are physically or economically not strong, then only ground is the moral grounds. If there is no love, he does not care. Support your mother to not argue. Hope it helps.

Definitely difficult situation. Start with your mother convincing her to have a health assessment with her family doc if she is declining and making sure there are no medical issues involved. Next will be your father in doing the same, if willing. Last, but as important look after yourself in finding ways to relax. At a minimum family counseling will be needed.
