Something certainly is bothering you and I can feel you needed to talk to someone . You can discuss this with your teacher or school nurse. Am not sure if you are in hybrid class or online. You can reach out to your teacher via email and go from there. If it is an issue, your teacher will let your parents know to take you to the doctor! Or you can talk to your relatives they may be able to help u.

This is actually not an uncommon problem for teens. You are not a little child, when parents tend to bring child in for everything. I've had teens try different things, from emailing/texting parents, to blocking an hour on parents calendar to talk. Show them this question/post and see what their response is. You can go up to them together and say "mom and dad, I still need you to help me...."
