Some antibiotics might do this as a rare type of allergic reaction, but very unlikely. You (or whoever's LFTa are abnormal) should not assume the antibiotic(s) are responsible and see a doctor to determine the cause.

Yes Antibiotic can cause liver damage if taken for long time and more heavy doses than recommended. Check with your Doctor which antibiotic is most dangerous for you .
