I'm having sharp pain on my lower left abdomen when i eat spicy, greasy or acidic foods. pain in left side. i have constipation and hemorrhoids. now, my right groin has slightly swollen nodes. on antibiotics just yesterday, who to go to? what tests?

Primary care : A good checkup with your primary care doctor would probably be a good place to start. From there further testing including consideration for a ct scan and/or a colonoscopy may be a consideration.
