Can too much use of antibiotics do a significant damage to liver or kidneys ?

Depends: It depends entirely on the antibiotics. There are several antibiotics that can affect the liver. You mention Amoxicillin and azithromycin, both of which can affect the liver in susceptible individuals. There are fewer antibiotics that can damage the kidneys, but one class in particular is the mycins. You mention having anxiety and phobia. Please discuss your concerns with your doctor.
