So been have times where i can't talk and other time i can't remember. what can i do to fix this? also don't have insurance and been to the er 5 times?

You will need a complete workup with a physician to determine why you are having these issues. The ER is not the place for you, since these problems are really not life threatening. I'm not sure there's much you can personally do to "fix this" other than seeing a local physician. I know you don't have insurance, but you still need care, and for that you'll need to figure out how to pay for it.
