Should i be concerned about talking and not remembering it was me? ex: i whistled than said "what?", not knowing i was the one who did it?

Yes, get checked.: That is called a disassociative state and is important to have checked out. You may have a complex partial seizure issue or some other issue that is psychiatric or neurological. Did you use any substances that might affect behavior or memory, like illegal or prescription drugs? If so, that could be the cause, but you can't afford not to have this checked out. Get seen right away.

Depends on context: If you are altogether calm and there's nothing distracting and this happens more than once, it would be strange. If you're very upset or just unfocused it may be part of that. I think it's good to be able to focus and be aware as possible - but it's not always necessary. Can you? You can have a psych eval to see if there's a problem and find Tx. Watch for repeats. Keep track. Best wishes.
