I get iron infusions at hematologist/oncologist 1x/wk & get a lot of blood work- always something off :) ldh was 420 last wk. will repeat blood next wk then speak w dr. could this be from exercise? i exercise 6x/wk bc of axspa. need to keep moving?

Elevated LDH occurs in hemolysis (destruction of red blood cells) as well as damage to various organs like heart,liver. Your hemonc specialist is best qualified to determine the significance of the high LDH. Very vigorous exercise often causes elevation of the CPK and also of LDH.
