Covered it: I guess you covered it! you should have regular check ups with your doctors to monitor your tests over time and if you develop new unusual symptoms don't sit on them!

Splenic infarct: You have a lot of normal tests. This is a good thing. You should discuss with your doctor(s) who know you best what their impression is.
