The risk is miniscule, but you should get tested. Hepatitis C can be diagnosed with a simple blood test. Gog forbid, you have it, Hep C is treatable and curable in more than 95% of patients. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine.

Not hep C, but almost any possible respiratory infection, including COVID. The damage to the airways and nasal mucosa would be chemical and serve as a port of entry for a variety of viruses and bacteria. Anxiety is justified given high risk behavior.
