You have cervical spondylosis, focal stenosis, and likely degenerative disc disease. Epidural steroids are indicated for radicular nerve compression, and are not useful for what you describe. Unless there is spinal cord risk, progressive weakness, muscle atrophy, unrelenting pain, and/ or bladder problems, doubt you would be an appropriate surgical candidate. Physical therapy maybe best.

If you have minor symptoms, why are you interested in epidural steroids? I doubt any scrupulous pain doc or neurosurgeon would touch you if your symptoms are only minor. Ditto (even more so) for surgery. But to be sure, you must ask someone who can review you scans and examine you. Accept no substitute.
