Why sometimes when i look at, say a wall it seems curved and the other day i was walking for 30mins then when i sat down and looked at the floor it seemed to be shrinking inwards? i also get blurred vision and vertigo and see flashes of light?

That’s abnormal. You need to see an eye physician for a complete eye exam.
