See your Dr: Dizziness can be a sign of low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, inner ear disturbance, infection, anemia, dehydration, hypoglycemia and neurological issues. It would be wise to see your GP and have a full workup in order to determine if there are any underlying problems that can be treated. An adult female requires an average of 2.5 liters of water daily.
