Apparently i have the vertigo...since last saterday went to go gave me antihistamine.... and suppose to be back at work today but feel worse than ever... vomited twice feel extremely dizzy and disoriented have to hold on to the walls when walking?

Vertigo: You may need more than antihistamine or you may need to increase your antihistamine dose. Other medical therapies helpfull for vertigo include use of steroid or a benzodiazepine especially at night. Epley maneuver may help https://youtu.be/hq-IQWSrAtM

"The" vertigo: Vertigo isn't a disease, it's a symptom of something else. Usually (but not always), the worse the vertigo & the more sudden the onset, the less likely it is to be something dangerous. Please repost & tell us what your gp said when you contacted him/her & told him/her you're worse: or, if you haven't gotten back in touch with your gp, please let us know why not.
