Is a heart attack common for 17 year olds with anxiety disorder and depression?

Chest pain/dyspnea: While there are some causes for somatic pains related to anxiety, it's rare. You should get chest X-rays also to make sure there isn't something involving your lungs, and pulmonary function tests. Do you wheeze at all or is it associated with eating anything? Heart attack in 17 y/o is very rare

Definitely no: A heart attack in a 17-year-old with depression and anxiety would be extremely unusual.
