We use whole grain wheat flour.we pass the floor through stainer to find, if there is any stone inside.some fiber from the floor also remain on the stainer. we mix that fiber etc. with flour again.do it effect slow sugar releasing property in blood?

Wheat flour is composed of various component proteins and starches. It's starches are themselves simple & rapidly converted to sugar. Simple starches convert at their basic rate. Only a complex starch would slow that rate
