Yes.: A number that high strongly suggests diabetes. You should have this repeated and have a hemoglobin a1c drawn to confirm and get on with the treatment. In the interim diet, exercise and wt loss are the recommended first line treatments.

Hard to say: You had a few sips of gatorade so it was not a truly fasting sample. If you are serious about this, do it right with a truly fasting sample and another test called hba1c.
