I am a 18 year old girl and i am suffering from chocolate cyts in both of my ovaries. many times i feel strong pelvic pains at night. is it possible for me to get pregnant with chocolate cyts or is it possible to get pregnant after cyts removal?

So called "chocolate cysts" are a result of bleeding inside the abdomen caused by endometriosis implants with accumulation of bleeding with menstruation over time. The treatment should be oral contraception (bcp's) to prevent infertility as a result. Laparoscopic surgery may be recommended to abbreviate this process. Ask your gyn about low dose oral bcp's.
