I have not had a period in nearly 3 months. i have done tests and they all say im not pregnant however i have had some mild spotting and i get stabbing pains in my pelvis . i am very confused.?

See your GYN: Or go to the er, you may have a an ovarian cyst, fibroid or other pelvic patholgy, an exam and ultrasound and blood work and cultures need to be done, .
