The : The safest thing for you and your baby is to have a scheduled c-section. Your pelvis will likely not be able to sustain the force of labor. I am not sure if any doctor would risk a vaginal delivery in a patient that has rods in her pelvis. You should discuss this with your ob/gyn and get all your questions answers. No surprise: If the pelvis is fused and small, you may not be able to have vaginal delivery. Discuss with obgyn and with ultrasound and observation they may be able to better predict.
