Could you tell if methotrexate damaged your liver after binge drinking and instantly stop taking the medication at 2.5 mlg would it show up in your blood test or what ever test or could it hide the fact that you have liver damage i heard it cant?

You likely should not combine methotrexate with binge drinking. You would need to check liver function tests in your blood work to see if there is any evidence of liver injury. It also may be helpful to have either a CT scan or ultrasound to see what your liver looks like. There are liver specialists who can take care of you if there is any evidence of liver damage.
