It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Apply triple antibiotic cream (available over the counter) to the site to prevent/treat infection. If the swelling gets bigger, you develop purulent discharge, the skin around the lesion gets discolored, or you get fever, see a doctor. Wish you good health!
