My 2 year old had a foot wart. the doctor scraped and put cantherone 1% on it the first time and .7% the second time. i thought nothing of it, but are there any long term consequences/risks of using this topical medication? she never got a blister?

It is a topical treatment and not likely to result in side effects. Other options are available. Watch for signs of infection which may cause redness and discharge.
