Oral thermometer shows 100.6 f fever and infrared thermometer shows 97.8 touching forehead with hand also don't feel any fever tried with two oral thermometer both shows 100.6?

Trust the oral temp. Much more accurate. Especially if the oral thermometer is a most reliable mercury one.
