A member asked:

I have low b12 level 114 pmol/l, positive h pylori and crp: 7.1 mg/l. my cbc is normal. fecal calprotectin 42 ug/g. what's the likelihood of having an autoimmune condition such celiac or ibd?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Contact a gastroenterologist, and address all of these issues. Although you may have gastric issues preventing adequate B-12 absorption, regardless of cause you should receive injections to raise level to normal prior to developing spinal cord, peripheral nerve, or brain complications.
