Asking on behalf female thai ethnicity 37yrs old.has thalassemia trait,heavy periods,slight hair loss,gp explained in her blood test result is fine as it is low 'in'range at 12ug/l range is 12.00-250ugl.gp does not agree with iron treatment.why?
