Last year my ca.27.29 level were 22 but now 38 via quest lab, they stated 38 or more is an issue. is my breast cancer reoccurring? it has to be something bad if its 38 right?

It is not necessarily the absolute value, but rather the pattern, in your case it sounds it has almost doubled, that would be of concern for the tumor marker. Your oncologist remains your best reference to clarify it in clinical context.
