My father has diagnosed with minimal subarachnoid haemorrhage after a head injury now he has been hitted on the same place and is bleeding earlier he was recognizing everyone but now he is having a problem in recognition is it temporary?

Your Dad needs to be seen by a physician NOW, and is at extreme risk. Head to nearest hospital emergency room and have him seen. Bleeding inside the brain is a critical situation. May be temporary but do NOT take the risk.
