He needs attention: The "mouth bleeding may becoming from his digestive tract. Acute worsening could be due to anemia, decreased blood flow, decreased oxygen and worsening spasm. Then again the bleeding from the moth may be unrelated to the back condition, for which he may need better pain control or even surgery but if bleeding from mouth need to go in, if unrelated, no problem, but he needs attention, gdluc.
