For the last 8-9 months, i have had increasing left side pain, under my rib cage. pcp sent me to a gi, nothing found but a slight enlarged spleen. last 3 days, pain has become unbearable, sharp and non-stop.

Go to an ER now: 3 days of unbearable pain is very concerning! It may not be related to your previous pain, or it can be a worsening of whatever was causing the pain in the first place. Please go to an ER now if you cannot see your doctor now. Best wishes!
