Possible post tubal/ ablation syndrome & us found a large left side "complex" ovarian cyst. mri now scheduled. having monthly unbearable pain. ideas?

Gynecologist: It is important to see a gynecologist so that a treatment plan can be created. A large complex ovarian mass needs evaluation and surgical treatment may be warranted. There are many possible causes of ovarian masses. Most are benign but some are not therefor prompt evaluation is needed. An ovarian mass is not likely to be related to post tubal ablation syndrome
