Lately, my vision is getting poorer than before as i can no longer see 20/20. where there are 2 instances that i wake up with a blurry vision. also, when i watch a video, my vision would get randomly out of focus. do i need to get eyeglasses?

from the sound of the symptoms the blurring of your vision while watching a video sounds like your eyes are drying out, and upon awakening is when your are at your driest. Suggest exam by eye care professional.
