If the worries are related to being on blood thinners at the time of the surgery, the surgical team will be able to handle it properly. You and your current medical team should have otherwise clear goals regarding duration of blood thinner treatment and conditions being treated. Allowing for enough recovery time following COVID prior to surgery should be considered as well.
