I swallowed maybe around an inch of a plastic toothpick. the ones that are kinda bendable and have flatter sides but still kinda sharp. i am worried, please what do i do, i am avoiding the doctors due to covid and my anxiety is high?

Swallowed plastic: If it were I, I would sit tight unless there is throat, chest or abdominal discomfort or respiratory issues like persistent cough or wheeze. . There is a strong probability that you'll eventually pass that small piece of plastic in your bowel movement in 2 or 3 days.
