Unknown.: I am not aware of any CDC or other guidelines the evaluate these conditions for COVID risk. However generally anybody who is frail elderly or has multiple medical problems is increased risk for Covid complications or severe disease.

See: https://www.dysautonomiainternational.org/page.php?ID=227 Per American Thyroid Association- "there is no indication that patients with autoimmune thyroid disease are at greater risk of getting COVID-19 or of being more severely affected should they acquire the COVID-19 infection."
