Covid positive on july 12 ,became negative on 28 th july,mild covid symtoms so after i turned negative on 28th july, post covid blood test on 3rd august showed d dimer high 480ng/ml ddu,( not feu unit),other blood parameters normal.what to do now?

If you are able to carry out your activities of daily living, you need not worry about the D-dimer. Keep well hydrated by drinking enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. It may take a while for you to regain your strength. Get a booster dose of Covid vaccine in 6-8 weeks. Wish you good health!
