Fluttering: Hot flashes are sometimes described as a fluttering feeling, if you do not have any other underlying medical conditions & this was an isolated occurrence then you are probably okay, however if persists then would recommend evaluation w/ Physician.

Tough question: to answer. While a fluttering sensation in your head is not really a typical feature of menopause, women do develop strange sensations sometimes during the perimenopausal period. If it doesn't go away you should see your physician.
